WHY KLIMED
Understanding climate migration starts with education
Climate change is reshaping living conditions, from access to water and food to the safety of homes and communities. When environmental conditions deteriorate, people may be forced to leave their homes, temporarily or permanently.
Climate migration is therefore not only an environmental issue, but also an important social concern involving solidarity, economics, politics, and human rights. KlimEd seeks to help schools address these interconnections in a clear, responsible, and contemporary way.
